1. Delivery completes the contract
A license key issuance counts as delivery. Outside mandatory law, no refunds. Please evaluate the feature checklist before purchase.
2. Exceptions
(a) Duplicate payment — the duplicate is fully refunded. (b) A material defect unfixable within 14 days — pro-rated refund. (c) Where local consumer law mandates more, that law prevails.
3. Process
Send your order link and reason via the website form. Approved bank-transfer refunds go back to the originating account (minus banking fees); Payoneer payments refund via the original rail.
4. Time limit
Refund claims are not accepted more than 30 days after payment; functional support continues within legal bounds.
