1. Software positioning: internal office automation (RPA)

Aurora Merge Engine and its modules are provided strictly as internal robotic-process-automation (RPA) tooling for a customer's own accounts and own data, to reduce repetitive manual work.

The software is not an official integration of, or reseller service for, any third-party platform; no authorization, endorsement or partnership with third-party platforms is implied.

2. Every action is user-initiated

All scraping, broadcasting and automation runs on the user's own machine, manually triggered by the user. We never operate the customer's accounts, never hold platform credentials, and cannot see what is scraped or sent.

3. Platform ToS violations

Any consequence of using the software in breach of a third-party platform's terms — account suspension, reach throttling, permission downgrade, content removal or ad rejection — is solely the user's responsibility. We provide no indemnity and no refunds on that ground.

Use the tool lawfully and only on assets you own or are authorized to manage.

4. Digital goods and cooling-off

Licenses are digital goods. Once delivered (license key issued and downloadable), statutory seven-day cooling-off / right-of-withdrawal provisions (e.g. ROC Consumer Protection Act Art. 19; EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) once performance begins with consent) do not apply; mandatory local law prevails where it grants more.

5. Licensing and anti-piracy

One key per machine (hardware fingerprint binding). Scraping-rule packages rotate on the cloud every 48 hours and expire. Rental, resale, credential sharing and reverse engineering are prohibited and terminate the license without refund.

Legitimate device swaps: contact support with proof of purchase for one free re-bind per term.

6. Limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages. Governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.); Taipei District Court is the court of first instance.
